It's hard through all these smiles to see. It's not alright, it's not okay. I take the floor. The same sadistic dance. Wishing for this repeating dream to end. As I water myself down. Another self destructive night trying to submerge my demons but only pouring gas on the fire. As they come to take me, fearing that I might be too late. I built this hell with my own two hands, forged by my hate for myself. My last words have yet to be written. I'm still the one in control of my life. I choked on every single word I fed myself. When I tried to convince myself this was the only way out. I'm in pursuit of a new way now. Crawl my way there on the floor. Pick myself up, I'm a brand new man. Make my way straight to the door.
